What is Park- A- Boo?

PARK-A-BOO is a 3-day Halloween Celebration which will provide parents a safe secure environment primarily for children under 13 years old to costume and participate in activites such as trick or treating, Boo house, face-painting, games, etc.

PARK-A-BOO will take place on the beautifully landscaped Pavilion Island in Lafreniere Park in East Jefferson. The location is family-friendly and allows for a safe and conntrolled venue for the family event.

The Jefferson Chamber Foundation is dedicated to improving the educational opportunities for children in the Jefferson Parish Public School System. The North Kenner Kiwanis Club shares a similar educational goal in addition to its many other community projects. Park-A-Boo is an opportunity for the Foundation and the Kiwanis Club to enrich the Halloween experience for families, with proceeds being utilized to support our schools and community endeavors.
